1. Services Provided

InTech Scratch Cards (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online distribution platform specializing in the sale of official O-Level Examination Scratch Cards (including WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB). We act as an authorized reseller of these electronic PINs and serial numbers to aid candidates in checking their examination results.

2. Instant Digital Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Mechanism: Upon successful payment verification via our payment gateway (Paystack), the purchased scratch card PIN and serial number are instantly displayed on the confirmation screen and simultaneously dispatched to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for entering a valid, accessible, and correctly spelled email address. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from typographical errors made by the customer.

3. Strict No-Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of electronic PINs, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
  • Once a scratch card PIN has been exposed on the site screen or transmitted via email, it cannot be digitally retrieved or resold. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that your right to cancellation or refund is forfeited.

4. Honest Behavior & Fair Usage Policy

In compliance with global advertising and consumer protection standards:
  • No Speculation or Hoarding: Users agree to purchase pins strictly for legitimate examination checking purposes. Any automated scraping, bulk hoarding for unauthorized scalping, or fraudulent acquisition of pins is strictly prohibited.
  • Accuracy of Claims: We do not guarantee the specific academic performance or outcome of any candidate's examination result. Our sole service is the delivery of a valid, functional network access PIN.

5. Transaction Fees & Price Transparency

  • The total cost displayed at the final checkout screen includes the base face value of the card plus any applicable payment gateway processing fees.
  • There are no hidden charges, surprise renewal fees, or unstated administrative costs. The price you see before confirming your payment is exactly what you are billed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We ensure that all provided PINs are valid and directly sourced. However, we are not responsible for downtime, database errors, or server maintenance conducted by the official examination bodies (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB) that may temporarily prevent you from checking your results on their respective portals.
